More venues are joining RestauRent every week, which means more options when it's time to book a private event.
For the fourth edition of New on RestauRent, we're highlighting eight venues across Atlanta, Dallas-Fort Worth, San Francisco and Brooklyn. This edition includes a Caribbean-inspired cocktail bar at Underground Atlanta, a 12th-floor rooftop lounge in Buckhead, two British pubs in DFW and a seafood restaurant on Pier 39.

In the renovated Underground Atlanta district downtown, Utopia is a Caribbean-inspired cocktail bar with neon lighting, an illuminated water wall, murals and an outdoor patio overlooking Kenny's Alley. A full venue buyout holds up to 182 guests standing or about 61 seated, and a DJ setup, dance floor and lighting options keep the night going after dinner.
Best for: Cocktail parties, birthdays, brand activations and late-night celebrations.
On West Peachtree Street in Midtown, Spice Atlanta is a global fusion restaurant serving shared plates, premium proteins, sushi and entrées alongside a full cocktail program. Groups can book the private dining room or the full restaurant, which seats up to 187 guests.
Best for: Corporate dinners, rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, holiday parties and cocktail receptions.
On the 12th floor in Buckhead, Rose & Rye is a rooftop lounge with floor-to-ceiling glass, skyline views in several directions, indoor banquette seating and two outdoor patios. It's booked as a full buyout for up to 300 guests standing or about 100 seated, with a DJ setup and sound system included.
Best for: Cocktail parties, product launches, corporate socials and milestone birthdays.
Arnette's Chop Shop is an upscale steakhouse in Brookhaven with exposed brick, metal fixtures and warm lighting. It has three private options: the Garden Room for 72 seated or 85 standing, the Lanai for 46 seated or 50 standing, and a private dining room for up to 20. Customizable prix fixe menus and bar packages make planning simpler.

Where Euless, Grapevine and Colleyville meet, The Londoner Colleyville brings a traditional British pub and beer garden to the DFW area. Expect fish and chips, cottage pie and imported English beers, plus multiple HD screens and a sound system for watch parties. It hosts groups of 20 to 400 through group dining, semi-private space or a full buyout.
Best for: Corporate events, watch parties, holiday celebrations and birthdays.
Closer to the city, The Londoner Dallas on East Mockingbird Lane pairs traditional British favorites with American dishes, imported and domestic drafts, cocktails and premium scotches. HD TVs and a projector make it easy to host a watch party, and an outdoor patio gives guests room to spread out. It hosts groups of 15 to 177 through group dining, semi-private space or a full buyout.
Best for: Corporate events, watch parties, birthdays and social mixers.
On Pier 39 near Fisherman's Wharf, Fog Harbor Fish House serves sustainably sourced seafood with waterfront views toward the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz. Groups of 9 to 80 can book a private dining room, a semi-private area or the full restaurant, with customizable menus.
Best for: Corporate dinners, rehearsal dinners, family celebrations and holiday parties.
On Kings Highway in Brooklyn, Mera serves Mediterranean food with a full cocktail bar, customizable prix fixe menus and bottle service. Private dining rooms and a full buyout give groups options, and a dance floor and AV make it easy to turn dinner into a party.
Best for: Milestone birthdays, anniversaries, rehearsal dinners, showers and corporate functions.
