Lounge Group Private Events

Lounge Group operates eight bars and restaurants, from Irish pubs in Newport Beach to a Western saloon in downtown Fullerton. All eight take private event bookings on RestauRent. If you're planning a birthday, team outing, rehearsal dinner or wedding after-party, that's a lot of options under one host.
The venues sit in four areas: downtown Fullerton, Newport Beach, Costa Mesa and Old Towne Orange. Group bookings start at 20 guests at every location. The largest venue, Madero 1899, takes up to 330.
Private Event Venues in Downtown Fullerton
Three Lounge Group venues sit within a block of each other on North Harbor Boulevard. That's handy if your group wants dinner in one place and drinks in another.
Madero 1899 is the group's largest venue and its most polished. It has an upscale, modern feel, a New American menu and a cocktail bar. It books everything from group dining to a full buyout for up to 330 guests.
The room options are what make it flexible:
The Agave Room: private, with its own bar and lounge seating, for up to 90 guests
The Patio: can be reserved privately for up to 90
The Lounge: semi-private, for up to 40
Half-venue buyout: combines several areas for up to 180
AV equipment, microphones and banquet seating are all on the listing, so speeches and presentations are covered. It's a strong fit for rehearsal dinners, corporate celebrations, quinceañeras and wedding receptions.
Mickey's Irish Pub is a lively, traditional Irish pub at 100 N. Harbor Blvd. You can buy out the whole pub for up to 150 guests, or book private dining or group dining.
The space to know about is The Snug. You get in through a hidden, speakeasy-style entrance. Inside, it feels like an old library crossed with a cocktail lounge: dark wood, patterned wallpaper, plush seating and a fireplace. It holds up to 30 guests and has three TVs. That makes it a good pick for small birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette parties, or a private team meeting with a pint afterward.
NFL Sunday Ticket, AV equipment and brunch service are also on the listing.
Right next door at 102 N. Harbor Blvd., High Horse Saloon trades the Irish pub look for a rustic Western saloon. It books group dining and semi-private events for 20 to 67 guests. There's a full bar serving whiskey, beer and cocktails, plus arcade games.
The listing names family-friendly as an amenity. That makes it an easy choice for a kids' birthday or a family celebration where not everyone is there for the bar. Event types on the listing range from baby showers to retirement parties.
Private Event Venues in Newport Beach
Muldoon's Irish Pub on Newport Center Drive leans classic and traditional. It has three separate event spaces, which makes it one of the more flexible picks in the group:
West Courtyard: semi-private and open-air, for up to 135 guests
The Celtic Bar: a private, pub-style room with its own bar, for up to 85
The Peacock Room: a private room away from the main dining areas, for up to 40
Ample parking, AV equipment and banquet seating are all listed. It suits rehearsal dinners, retirement parties, networking events and corporate happy hours, especially when guests are driving in from around the county.
Malarky's Irish Pub on Newport Boulevard is the more casual, high-energy of the two Newport Beach pubs. Its main event space is a window-lined patio with plenty of natural light and an indoor-outdoor feel. You can book it privately or semi-privately, for 75 seated or 100 cocktail-style.
For smaller groups, The Speakeasy fits 20 seated or 25 cocktail-style. The listing calls out fantasy football drafts, corporate outings and going-away parties. It has NFL Sunday Ticket and AV equipment to back that up.
Stag Bar + Kitchen sits a few steps from the beach near the Newport Pier. The bar's history goes back more than a century, and its long mahogany bar is the centerpiece. The feel is classic and a little rustic, with a lively crowd.
Its semi-private Indoor Patio holds up to 50 guests and includes access to an in-house photo booth. There's also a pool table, pizza on the menu and pricing under $25 per person. It's a strong fit for bachelor parties, birthdays and casual company off-sites.
Private Event Venue in Costa Mesa
Wild Goose Tavern on East 17th Street is a rustic tavern and sports bar with an American gastropub menu. Its event options are built around the Saloon Bar and the patio:
Saloon Bar: private, with its own bar, for up to 20 guests (21+)
Saloon Bar + full patio: private, for up to 100
Saloon Bar + part of the patio: semi-private, for mid-sized groups
Games, mocktails and ample parking are all on the listing. It works well for birthdays, company events and cocktail parties.
Private Event Venue in Old Towne Orange
The District Lounge on West Chapman Avenue is the group's late-night spot. It has a retro-inspired look, live music, and DJs later in the evening. Pricing is listed at under $25 per person.
It offers four ways to book:
The Main: up to 100 guests, for bigger celebrations
Late Night VIP: up to 60 guests, built for after-parties
The Patio: an open-air space for up to 40, and pets are welcome
Pool Table Lounge: semi-private, for up to 30
That range makes it a natural pick for wedding after-parties, bachelor and bachelorette parties, and birthdays that don't wind down at 10 p.m.
